Experience INTI cuisine in Nairobi
What is INTI all about?
Nikkei experience revolves around Peruvian & Japanese cuisine.
It began in 1899 at Peru, a western south american country, where the Japanese farmers were working at the sugar cane farms.
The local ingredients for a typical Japanese cuisine were rare and this prompted the farmers to use the Peruvian locally available ingredients; but prepare meals using the Japanese techniques.
That’s what birthed a new experience/cuisine; known as Nikkei.
