Property Search
You can search for property on Property Box and create saved searches for email updates on set search preferences.
Customize your search by using the filters for Listing Type, Price, Beds, Baths, and more other filters.
Then click “Save Search” (it’s next to Find/Search button).
Every time properties matching the set search criteria get published, you’ll be notified – weekly.
To delete a specific saved search; log in first; then click the “saved search” option on your account menu, and from the list of the saved search parameters, click the actions/options dropdown and select ‘delete’.
This will stop the system from generating and queuing email updates of the listings, in the future.
User Account
Agency account type allows the organization to create sub-accounts for each agent, that manages specific listings within the parent firm.
To create an agency account, start by selecting “agency/ Co.” account type from the drop down menu when registering for a new account, or switching from either:

If you are an agent/agency/realtor and want to list your property portfolio with us, the Agent/Agency account type will enable you to do so.
To create an Agent Account,
Step 1: On the top right corner of the website, click the ‘Login’ button.
Step 2: On the popup window, click the ‘Register’ tab.
Step 3: Fill in the relevant details as requested.
On the ‘account type’ dropdown field, choose “Owner” option.
Finally, read and agree to our site’s terms of use and submit the sign up details by clicking “REGISTER” button
If you’ve already sold/rented out your listed property, Congratulations.
And given that you wish to de-activate your active account, follow these steps:
Finally, Click the “Delete my Account” button
Deleted account is irreversible. This wipes out every data in our possession, directly related to your account.
Any left out info or data that isn’t anonymized will be fully cleared from our servers – with your emailed request for such action, or after the stipulated period as shared on this site’s privacy policy document.
On the new “Reset Password” window presented, enter your username or email and click “Get new password” button.
A password reset link will be emailed to you.
Type in a new password, Confirm it and finally click the “update password” button.
Subscription Plan & Listing Management
Listing property ads for free is no longer available.
* Choose a plan from the available options, to publish your property.
Click the “Active Plan” on your account menu, then select “New Membership Plan” on the opened page.
You’ll be redirected to view the available listing pricing.
* The available plans are tailored for individual/business user account type. For something different, contact us.
Login to your dashboard, then select “Buy a Subscription Plan” from the account menu.
Unless you encounter an error during checkout, all transactions are effectively processed instantly on the site.
For MPESA payments
Once your payment is confirmed, your purchased membership plan will be activated – automatically, and an update email will be send to you.
For bank deposits
Bank deposits may take a while, due to verification of funds being received on our end. Kindly contact us, if your payment hasn’t been confirmed yet, and we will help you with that.
On the dashboard menu, click the “Active Listing Plan” button, to check on your current membership plans.
On the opened page, you can choose to purchase a new plan, that will replace your current one.
In the event that your previous plan hasn’t expired, and you want to upgrade, contact us and we will help you with that.
On the dashboard menu, click the “Invoices” button.
All invoices, both paid and pending will be displayed on the opened page.
* You can also download each, when you click on the print icon next to the individual invoice.
On the dashboard menu, click “Active Plan”.
The page that opens, displays all the active current membership plans, active duration, as well as their depleted/remaining stats.
It’s easy to upload a listing on PropertyBox. Follow these steps to post your first one:
Once you’re done, click the “submit” button to publish your new listing
Proceed to edit your listing. Once done, remember to click the “update” button on the bottom of the page, to effect and save your new changes.
Step 1: Login to your account
Step 2: From your dashboard menu, click the “Listings” tab
Step 3: From the “Listings” page, locate the property you’d like to edit/add video.
Step 4: Select the action tab, and click “edit” option.
Step 5: On the property edit page, scroll to the video section.
Paste your property’s YouTube/Vimeo video URL link. Finally click the “update” button to save the changes
An image that’s taking too long to upload could be as a result of either of any of the following:
If the above is all correct and you’re still facing an issue with image upload, you can send the images to us at [email protected] along with your property listing details. We’ll do the upload for you.
To do an image replacement/upload changes, for an already published or expired property, following these steps:
Once done, click the “update” button at the bottom of the page, to save your changes.
Unless your account is under scrutiny, any uploaded listings are published immediately when submitted.
Premium Plus Ads are different from regular premium, which are mainly featured listings.
Property Box team helps you to market an individual listing via Google Ads and Facebook for Business paid ads service. The lead generation for such a listing fetches a better performance, compared to regular or standard listed listings on Property Box.
The Premium Plus service requires a budget of its own, and hence these have got no fixed cost, but custom tailored as per your preference.
Virtual Property Tour
For buyers/tenants, touring every home in your saved list can be time-consuming and overwhelming.
Also, selling as the property owner, it can be overwhelming to rearrange your schedule and be available for every viewing appointment.
To make things more convenient for everyone, virtual tour option creates a walkthrough experience in a form of home tour videos, and/or 3D 360° interactive media.
The end-result is convenience.
Interested clients can view the home via a uploaded YouTube video link or an embedded 24/7 matterport feed with a high-resolution, interactive view and virtually measure every angle inside the property.
When you schedule a tour, as in-person, the home owner or agent will take you to the property and you’ll get the first-hand experience of what the home is like.
Whereas, a video-chat tour means that the entire home tour is virtual.
The property owner or agent will make a video call, either via WhatsApp, Skype, or other agreed channel.
They will be at the property physically and you can ask them any questions and they’ll offer real-time feedback.

Step 2: Click the “Listings” tab (if you want to edit an already published property) or “List A Property” tab for new listing.
Step 3: On the property submit (or edit) form, scroll down to the “Images & Video” section.

For 3D Matterport model media type, post your 360° media embed code on the “360° virtual tour” section.

When done, click the “Publish/Update” button to save changes on the listing.
