Property Box is a subsidiary of Optima Web Marketing Services.
The team behind its online presence and service, is majorly made of young, challenging, curious and passionate creatives.
For Property Box, things are done differently. The team aims at cutting out unnecessary intermediaries; and maximize service delivery in-house.
From designing, to implementing new user-centric features, we aim at offering high quality product for a low price (or should we say “affordable” price?)
What We Do
Property Box is a website for advertising residential and commercial real estate in Kenya.
At the moment, we do this using a website that helps advertisers (including you) reach the right audience of potential buyers and tenants.
In addition, we do post partner market analysis that’s relevant to Kenyan Real Estate.
This includes: property and hospitality news, Property Pricing Index, and Financial Insight related to real estate.
What’s Next?
Depends. An actual hardcover magazine is in the making. With regular releases throughout the year, featuring more than property. We are also working on Interior Design Platform, and an online Marketplace.
