Prior to listing property ads; you’re required to submit a few relevant KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, to authenticate your identity.
This is important to mitigate scammers from getting a hold of sensitive personal data.
Posting content from authentic sources boosts potential buyers/tenants trust and confidence in the ones listing properties on our site.
To get your account verified,
- First, Log in, then select dashboard from the dropdown menu
- On the dashboard menu, scroll down to find the “verification” option
- Select it to upload your KYC document.
After submitting, your data will be checked by our third-party partner to make sure your account’s identity matches with the government issued document
After verification, you will be ready to list your property ads. Verification typically takes 24-48 hrs
What you'll need
For the Landlord/Owner’s account used to list and manage property ads, ensure you have the following details in place:
- Your First & Last name
- Tel. Number
- Email Address
- Profile Avatar image (at least 300x300px)
- WhatsApp No.
The required document for verification of an individual account type (i.e. Owner’s /Landlord) is:
- A photo or scan of a National ID / Passport / Driver’s License (Both Frontside and Backside)
Prior to requesting for verification, please ensure your account already has this:
- Company Logo (.svg, or .png file)
- A description about the Co., it’s specialty, areas serviced
- Office’s location address
- Social Media handles (optional )
- Website Address (optional )
- Your agent(s) Names, Phone Number(s), Email Address, Profile photo(s), WhatsApp Number. (optional )
The required document for verification of a company/business is:
- A photo/scan of Certificate of Incorporation / BRS Registration Certificate
